On February 12, Liu Changhai, deputy secretary of the Binzhou Zhanhua District Party Committee and head of the district, accompanied by Wang Lizhong, secretary of the Party Committee of the District Political Consultative Conference and director of the Zhanhua Economic Development Zone Administrative Committee, went to Penghui Chemical to conduct on-the-spot investigations, in charge of the directors and development zones. At the scene, Chairman Zhang Linbao and Mr. Liu and his party visited the newly installed exhaust gas environmental protection equipment. Chairman Zhang Linbao gave a detailed introduction to the operation of the equipment.

After listening to the introduction, the head of Liu Changhai expressed his affirmation on the development of Penghui Chemical Enterprise Project. In particular, he expressed his high praise for the company’s efforts to increase investment in environmental protection equipment and vigorously grasp the implementation of environmental protection work. Liu Changhai pointed out that enterprises should be in close contact with the government and have difficulties in handling complaints. All relevant departments should address the problems of enterprises, help enterprises to prescribe the right medicines, and work diligently to formulate practical and feasible work plans, fully release production capacity, and achieve cost reduction. Effectively solve the practical problems encountered in the development of enterprises; on the basis of the existing development, each enterprise should further strengthen the management of enterprises, increase the investment in R&D of enterprises, convert old and new kinetic energy, and take a new road to industrialization. Enterprises must tighten the string of safety, environmental protection and stability, and do a good job in safety and environmental protection.
